On the farm, alongside the producers, we work to maintain coffee quality control throughout the entire harvest. From quality mapping of each plot to Q-Grader assessment.
Outside of it, they seek- through courses and training - promote knowledge of the most varied subjects surrounding the specialty coffee market.

With the aim of promoting coffees from our region and approximate buyers who seek, at the origin, high quality coffees, we started the curation of specialty coffees.
