On the farm, alongside the producers, we work to maintain coffee quality control throughout the entire harvest. From quality mapping of each plot to Q-Grader assessment.

 

Outside of it, they seek- through courses and training - promote knowledge of the most varied subjects surrounding the specialty coffee market.
